The customer was preparing to re-lease their tired Balwyn North property and engaged MINC to complete an entire internal repaint of all walls, ceilings, and skirtings. Our team also sanded back all internal timber, including the full kitchen and all internal doors, then professionally restained every timber surface for a clean, consistent finish.

We removed all carpets and curtains from site, coordinated recarpeting, and arranged new curtain installation. In the backyard, the slate tiles were tired, so we acid washed the entire floor first, applied a thinners-added first coat for stronger bite, then completed a second coat to achieve full colour depth. The team also painted the 11m gable with two coats of Classic Cream.
