Bulleen – Auction Preparation

MINC prepared this Bulleen home for auction with a complete interior refresh. New floating timber floors were laid throughout and every room was repainted for a bright, consistent finish.

The original spiral staircase was the standout — its worn carpet was stripped out and the treads sanded right back to bare timber, restoring the character of the piece. The result is a clean, styled home presented and ready for inspection.
